Dr. Pankaj Chaturvedi is Head Neck Cancer Surgeon and Deputy Director of Centre for Cancer Epidemiology at Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai. He has been invited as visiting faculty in 44 institutions across 32 countries.

He is the editor of the Textbook of Head and Neck Surgery and Associate Editor of the International Journal of Head and Neck Surgery. He has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed scientific papers.

His major research interests include prevention and early detection of oral cancer, tobacco control, and public health. He has received the WHO Director General Award, BMJ Award, Global Cancer Ambassador Award and many other prestigious honours.

Dr. Chaturvedi founded Maharashtra Cancer Warriors and has played an important role in strengthening oncology services and cancer prevention programmes throughout India.

Dr. Gauravi Mishra is Professor, Preventive Oncology and Deputy Director, Centre for Cancer Epidemiology. She initiated the Division of Implementation Science and Behavioural Research.

Dr. Mishra has led implementation of one of the largest research trials in India, investigating efficacy of simple low cost and effective technologies for early detection of breast and cervical cancers among women. Her work has helped develop evidence-based guidelines that have strengthened national cancer control policies in India and have been adopted by other LMICs.

Dr. Mishra has developed Resource Centre for developing and sharing innovative IEC material and undertakes capacity building of public health staff across India in cancer prevention and early detection.

Dr. Rajesh Dikshit has served as the former director of CCE. He is an Epidemiologist working in the field of cancer for more than three decades. His expertise includes cancer epidemiology, molecular epidemiology, cancer surveillance, and population-based cancer registries.

He is the Director of the Centre for Cancer Epidemiology at Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai, where he leads multidisciplinary research programmes focused on estimating cancer burden, identifying lifestyle and genetic risk factors, and understanding disease progression.

Dr. Dikshit has served as Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator for several nationally and internationally funded research projects on cancers affecting the Indian population, including oral, breast, and gall bladder cancers.

He has trained and mentored numerous students and researchers in epidemiology and cancer research, helping develop the next generation of public health professionals.

As the Regional Representative of the International Association of Cancer Registries (IACR) for Asia and Principal Coordinator of the IARC Regional Hub for Cancer Registration in Asia, he has played a key role in expanding and strengthening cancer registries across India and neighboring countries including Nepal, Bhutan, and Myanmar.

Under his leadership, the Regional Hub regularly conducts training programmes and workshops on cancer registration, cancer survival analysis, epidemiology, and prediction methods, contributing significantly to cancer surveillance and public health research across Asia.
